Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, product launches, or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.


Domestic Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States.

Orders are shipped via DHL and USPS, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders on time, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
