Returns & Refunds Policy

Because of the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any items, even if they are unopened or unused, for health and safety reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • defective, or

  • incorrect,

please contact us at orders@fillowme.com within 15 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
