The Fillow Carrying Case is a convenient way to store and travel with your Fillow Disc & Applicator. The case features a snap close and specifically designed sections to hold the disc and applicator.

Disc Sizing

Choosing the right disc size for you is not an exact science since all bodies are unique! However, there are some tips and tricks to help point you in the right direction:

A Small Disc (63mm / 61mL) may be the right choice for you if you:

  • Have never tried a disc before
  • Have a low cervix
  • Are a teen or young adult
  • Have never given birth
  • Had success with using Cora or Saalt Disc (Regular)

A Large Disc (68mm / 78mL) may be the right choice for you if you:

  • Have a high cervix
  • Have given birth
  • Had success with using the following discs: Flex, Softdisc, or Nixit

    To auto-dump, sit on the toilet and use your core muscles to “bear down” — when you do this, the disc gets angled forward and can be emptied without having to take it out.
