Disc Sizing

Choosing the right disc size for you is not an exact science since all bodies are unique! However, there are some tips and tricks to help point you in the right direction:

A Small Disc (63mm / 61mL) may be the right choice for you if you:

  • Have never tried a disc before
  • Have a low cervix
  • Are a teen or young adult
  • Have never given birth
  • Had success with using Cora or Saalt Disc (Regular)

A Large Disc (68mm / 78mL) may be the right choice for you if you:

  • Have a high cervix
  • Have given birth
  • Had success with using the following discs: Flex, Softdisc, or Nixit
