Fillow Disc & Applicator Components:

  • Fillow Disc

Fillow Disc is composed of a reservoir attached to concave rim, with a tampon-like pull-string for easy removal.

  • Fillow Barrel

The Fillow applicator is composed of the barrel and plunger. The applicator barrel features soft-tip petals for comfortable insertion and houses the folded disc.

  • Applicator Plunger

The Fillow applicator is composed of the barrel and plunger. The applicator plunger features a hollow opening for the pull-string to thread through. The plunger pushes the disc through the applicator barrel.

How to Insert

Step 1

Start by sitting comfortably on the toilet. With clean hands, pinch the disc in half and insert it into the barrel with the pull-string hanging out.

Thread the disc’s pull-string through the hole on the top of the plunger and gently insert the barrel into your vagina.

Step 2

Insert the barrel as deep into the body as it will comfortably go.

Begin to push the plunger into the barrel. This will start releasing the disc into your body.

Step 3

Once the plunger is fully pushed into the barrel, completely remove the applicator, allowing the pull-string to hang out of your body.

How to Remove

Step 1

While on the toilet or in the shower, slowly tug the pull-string to remove the disc, as you would a tampon.

Step 2

During removal, the contents of the disc may start to flow out into the toilet or shower. Empty remaining flow into the toilet or shower.

Step 3

Rinse the disc with mild soap and water, and reuse!
